Nature. Pretty much spend as much time thinking and trying to learn things about the earth and nature and you learn the things the druids knew. To become a druid it would take 20 years of intense learning and many years spent living as an animal would. They still have this group in the UK called the circle of ovates, bards, and Druids, I don't know how legit it is but it is pretty big and old. and as tot he viking/celt debate.
